Newchem ACC-C65 Portland cement set accelerator

Newchem ACC-C65 is a new generation amorphous calcium aluminate (mineral) based additive for set acceleration of Portland cements. Newchem ACC-C65 can only be used in combination with Portland cement (as a calcium source), or calcium hydroxide is required to activate Newchem ACC-C65. Denka SC-1 was originally developed for use in HPC / UHPC concretes that meet the highest requirements. The requirement was to reach 30 MPa within 3 hours. Unlike conventional calcium aluminate (CAC) cements with a crystalline structure, is based on an amorphous clinker, which is why this special additive provides excellent durability even in outdoor applications, as the main binder remains Portland cement due to the low dosage level.

Alicem CSA cement

Alicem is a mix of sulfoaluminate clinker and micronised calcium sulphate dosed in stoichiometric proportion.

Application: Fast-setting concrete and dry mortars (tile adhesives, plasters, repair mortars, self-leveling floors)

Product characteristics: Alicem is a BSAC type (containing belite) sulfoaluminate cement, in which C4A3S (yeelimite) forms the main clinker phase. C3S (tricalcium silicate) and C3A (tricalcium aluminate) are not present. 85% of the ettringite formation typically occurs very quickly, before the formation of aluminates and silicates.

The strength can be easily controlled over a wide range of time by mixing with Portland cement.

Alicem CSA cement retains its activity and properties for a long time period compared to calcium aluminate (CAC) cements.

Setting time (min.): 25 min.

Alipre GREEN clinker

Alipre is a fast-setting sulfoaluminate based clinker.

Application: Fast-setting concrete and dry mortars (self-leveling screeds, anchoring mortars, repair mortars, shotcrete, precast concrete elements).

Product characteristics: Alipre is a BSAC type (containing belite) sulfo-aluminate clinker, in which C4A3S (yeelimite) provides the main clinker-forming phase. C3S (alite) and C3A are not present. 85% of the ettringite formation typically occurs very quickly, before the formation of aluminates and silicates, therefore the risk of undesirable swelling and cracking is very low.

Strength and setting start can be controlled by mixing ratio with Portland cement and addition of calcium sulfate. Binder with increased corrosion resistance (against sulfate swelling) and low shrinkage.
